Go get it little buddy :) Happy Easter

One of my few and far between hand painted designs. It takes time and patience to create designs like this especially on the dreaded Right hand...lol. I used Slime by Urban Outfitters for the base, Femme Fatale by Pure Ice for the Grass, and Ulta Bang for the carrot. Happy Easter Everyone!

MAD FOR PLAID: I've been absent...I'm back...is that cool?

I'm back :) I missed blogging, but sometimes you just fall off the wagon. I hope you all will welcome me back. This is a design I created just for fun. The flower is hand painted. I used Zoya Pippa for the dot, and Sally Hansen for the petals.  The pattern was created using the very first plate I ever bought from Konad #m60. I used Silver Mercedes by Pure Ice for the stamp (if you don't own this polish you should, hands down the best stamping silver I've come across). The base is a lovely Ulta Polish in Moody Blues. I now have well over 200 bottles of polish, and plan to post a nail polish collection soon.

Konad Special Polish Review

Is it possible to fall in love with a polish, yep it sure is :) And I have falling hard for KONAD Special Polish. This is my first time using Konad, and boy what a difference. It is funny 2 years of stamping, and just now purchased Konad Special Polish. It isn't really that expensive... $4 a bottle? Not bad... So why did I wait? I have to say this polish is thick and similar to plastic on the nails. The image is so crisp clean, opaque! The pictures speak volumes so check them out.

Wet & Wild Fast Dry Black (as you can see
this polish doesn't stamp as clear, spotty
in some spots missing in others.

Where has Brit been?

It is summer...that is where I have been :) But now it is cooling down and I am back. So I have a new design for all of you using my favorite cheeky plate of all time! This is their large plate B. For the base I used an ULTA polish (on sale right now for $2) and I stamped with my standard Silver Mercedes by Pure Ice. I am starting some detail work and I'll have a post about the brushes I use. Basically the smaller the better. The detail work was done with ULTA Indi-go-girl.

Thanks for the inspiration Cindy :) Hope you are enjoying your plates too.

Bundle Monster 3rd Set Plates

Here's a better look at the plates. As for quality I had a chance to test a few out last night. The roses work amazing! The flowers and the ribbons are going to take some effort. I really can't comment on how the quality is just yet though. I can't really test them out anytime soon though, because I have dishes to do :( Well really how much do I really need to do my dishes?  Enjoy!

Bundle Monster 3rd Set 2012

I ordered these plates on Tuesday and they arrived today. Pretty quick! I was in the midst of taking more pictures but my camera died, and I can't find my charger. Don't even ask about the sideways shots. I spent 10 minutes trying to get those to flip...and they are not flipping...lol. I love the snowman!!! How cute :) Not sure which I will pick for my first design stay tuned.
